What are the payment options?

Paypal (You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal , you can use a credit card)
Within Costa Rica we accept too Bank transferences, contact us for more info.

Shipping

Standard international shipping times are about 14-21 business days. Please take into account that shipping could take more time before holidays (Christmas, Passover and your local holidays) because of high post loads.

All packages are sent via courier companies we've selected for safe delivery. All shipping and handling fees are included in the shipping fee. However, any possible taxes levied in the hometown of the purchaser is settled by our Clients. 

Usually we ship items in 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. Items customized by client's request (ring size adjustment, main stone replacement etc.) will be shipped in 3 business days after receiving the payment.

​Custom orders will ship upon completion of piece.

Sizing details

All of our listings have sizing information listed in the description if you are unsure about what size to order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding ordering the correct size. Here is a guide for reference:

how to measure:

wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.

sizes: 2,  3,  4,  5,  6,  7,  8

How I care my jewelry pieces?

We try to create high-quality pieces that will last for generations. Proper care will ensure the longevity of your pieces. 
Be kind to your jewelry. Remove jewelry when using chemicals, doing heavy exercise or dirty work. please keep your jewelry away from perfume, hairspray or other chemicals.
Many of our pieces feature oxidized silver. This is a natural and changeable process. The oxidation may fade or change over time, depending on your body chemistry, causing shinier silver to show through. 
If necessary, use a soft toothbrush with warm, soapy water to clean your metal pieces. Avoid soap if your piece has opals. 
Store your jewelry in a dry place.
Storing in the bathroom will expose the metal to quicker, uneven oxidation and may damage some stones.

Uneven surfaces and imperfections in seashells or stones?

We love the perfection of an imperfect stone or seashell itself, we believe it give our pieces uniqueness and mostly it is our moto to create and design new pieces. We like the traces the elements leave in nature, we like the textures and we love inclusions in semiprecious stones.Remember the Nature is the main artist here :)

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do,  we understand that it can be difficult to know if the item you chose is just right until you see it in person. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange for another item at the shop or credit ONLY, within 5 days of receipt.Returns must be sent back in perfect condition with all original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed and insured for their full amount.Credit issued will not include shipping costs and insurance charges and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once a ring has been resized it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for return.
All made to order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Please notify us by phone or email before the return.
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
